TRAVEL FLAIR is owned and operated by Janine Ortell.  She is a travel enthusiast as well as an industry professional.  Janine has 24 years of travel agent experience, and is very passionate about the industry.  In addition, she has traveled extensively around the world.

Prior to entering the travel industry, Janine worked for seven years in the financial services industry.  She obtained her MBA in June 1999 from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  That same year she completed her Travel Agent Certification at the Travel Education Center in Cambridge, MA.  Janine obtained the Certified Travel Associate (CTA) degree in April 2002, and became a Certified ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) Specialist in June 2002.
